![]() Well, well the end is near, to fish or flight the later is the only This past week folks has held some more than adequate days of angling. There has been a heck of a lot of rain in the past few days, the lakes have gone from what they where to a whole lot more in just about a day or so. Since the rivers at least have receded. As of today the flows from 2nd to Francis haven't changed much Francis actually dropped to 201 c.f.s. This is done sometimes to hold back the waters to best manage it into the system and not flood to much down river. If all goes well and they don't really blow the dams out in the next two weeks or so things may be very, very good. With this big charge of fresh water and the time of year should really bring the Salmon up into the rivers. In all reality it couldn't have been better timing. "IN THEORY" Also it blew out the lower section of river which when it comes back may now be free of foliage and other debris. As of right now the Andro has almost doubled in c.f.s over the past several days. It not bad but it's at 2737 c.f.s a little high for my liking, but still kinda of fishable it would be very good for the bass fishing on the reservoir especially if we get days like we did today. It was beautiful up here today. Well looking forward to hooking some salmon this week and watching the display as the end unfolds, sad but yet the unknown is always exciting. Peace, tight lines BILL >~`}}'> |
